some new graphic work for forge of freedom...

new load screen, unit attributes and special attributes, advisors, new and expanded flag mod with many changes and improvements, new event report icons, "sittingducks" border mod, ect...

just a note:

I updated the flags mod...

fixed Beauregards flag (was not nice) and also made some flags that were only for regiments available for divisions as well (maybe 20 or so)
