Are there any folks from Matrix that peruse this forum for this game ?

I have a question about the Infantry/Artillery ratios in combat and how these ratios affect artillery commitment. The manual talks about it, but does not explain whether the ratios apply to the units under each UC or to all combat units on a side in a battle.

IIRC, anything having to do with infantry/artillery ratios is for all combat units in the battle.
