I bought Civil War II on Steam so does that mean I have to buy the Bloody Roads South DLC from steam or can I buy it from Matrix and still add it to my Steam version?

The reason for my question is that it is currently half price in the Matrix sale whilst still being full price on Steam.

if you buy from here you will get a steam key anyway so can add it to your steam list anyway
