I used to play this game quite a bit when it first came out and then took a break for a while. I patched it up to the latest update I must say that the AI is much better at maintaining a continuous front. I've seen the Russians actually retreat in order to straighten its lines, which denied me some serious pocketing potential.

Also the Russian AI is much better in Caucasus mountains as it has destroyed the Ottomans there and they are in full retreat. They were pretty stagnant in my earlier games.

would be nice to play this game if matrix would pull their head out of their ass and respond to my issue of the trench error and fix it or something. It is now going on two months and nothing has been resolved!!!
