How come it is possible as the British to activate a HQ and invade the Middle East from India, but when you try to invade India with an activated Ottoman HQ in the Middle East it says invalid hex? Shouldn't you be able to invade in both directions?

I suspect that the reason is that it would have been completely impossible to do with the 'naval' resources that were available to the Turkish forces. So far as I am aware, they did not have the ship building facilities to build such a large number of vessels as would have been required to transport/land/supply such a force.

Of course - there could have been an attemp to go through Persia - but the map doesn't cover this. My guess is that such an expedition would have been doomed because of a lack of any proper supply route.

would be nice to play this game if matrix would pull their head out of their ass and respond to my issue of the trench error and fix it or something. It is now going on two months and nothing has been resolved!!!
