Registration not working

Hello,
I tried to register WW1 (bought via Matrix) and can't seem to register the game - i recieve an "invalid serial number"
FWIW:
It looks like the site is looking for 4 sets of 4 alphanumeric characters vs. the 3 sets of 4 alphanumeric characters that I received when i downloaded from Digital River.
