I have been unsuccessful in downloading the latest version. I keep getting the following alert:

Error:

Unable to download file.
An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file.

I am using Windows 10.

if auto doesn't work for you, it will be a permissions issue btw, then login to the members area and download it from there from your account
