Yes I would highly recommend a joystick.

I am a tightwad that can wear the head off of pennies so I fly all my sims with the cheapo Logitech 3D Extreme. In the US you can get this at places like Best Buy for like $44. MS Sidewinder is also a good stick that is pretty cheap.. IIRC $55 or so.

can you even find the sidewinder any more ? that been out of production for a long time ?

ahh bite my butt, who got butter on my joystick !!!!!

(hmmm, hope that comes across correctly)

dang dog

Tiger Direct has the 3d extreme for 27.00

proadvantage, has it for 29.00

those are two good online stores I look at

(they got a odd Thrustmater, stick and throttle, but they on the same base ? what a odd idea)

Find Sidewinder...

Heck yeah.... right in my office at home hooked up to my old Pentium 233... LOL

I still run it too.

B-14 Flying Fortress

AWI II III MV

Colonization

Front Page Football Pro 98

Legends of the Grand Prix

Grand Prix 2

But I really wish I could run SWOTL and Wolfpack... but I would have to hook up my old 5.25 Floppy to run them.

To really play BOBII and take full advanage of the game play and dog fighting, you will need a joystick.

No one playes BOBII without a joystick but it is possible to play with the keyboard.
