Converted six scenarios from old CCAW to CAW

Like the title says - converted Guadacanal, Rabaul, Hawaii, Rainbow 5, Leyte Gulf, and Coral Sea46

If anyone is interested email me at jcruetty at gmail dot com and I will send the files.

For any that have received some of the original ones I did a couple of months ago I have made changes to them (as I learned more about the editor)

Finally if possible SSG - could you have a place to host CAW scenarios - it exits for other games on your webpage
