zoom in on keyboard doesn't work

hi, on my keyboard (italian setup) I can't zoom in pushing the '+' key on the numeric keypad
while I can zoom out using the '-' key.

Actually:
Zoom in is the "=" key
Zoom out is the key betwen the "0" and the "=" which makes it the "-" key

i hit every (fu**in) key and nothing works as zoom in! wtf!

ok, i ve to hit 2 keys: shift together with =
