Axis troops in "Alert"...

Hi, i just received Battles in Italy (3 days ago).I try to play scenario Avalanche whis Axis,and i don't understand why i have units in my order of battle in "alert" statu this units never appears in scenario! is it a bug??? I also like to have the latest patch of this game, and welcome to additionnals scenario..(no time for me to use the editor).I will receive next week Korsun Pocket and i'm very intersting about all from this game too... in fact all from SSG serie....
