Unit with wrong defensive value

The 179th regiment/45th Division unit has an erroneous value in its full-strength state in the defensive value column. Instead of being an 11 like other regiments of its type, it displays an 8. Strength modifications such as entrenching are based on the 8, not the 11 value. I was able to edit the British 1st Div. recon unit to arrive properly, as descibed in another thread, but don't see how to fix this problem in the editor.

Which scenario?

How can you tell its an error when it might be an intentional design?

Shingle. The normal progression in defensive values for standard U.S. infantry regiments, from weakest (1 step) to full-strength (4 steps) is 4-8-10-11. The table for this unit is 4-8-10-8. It doesn't make any sense to have a unit's defensive value at full-strength the same as it was at half-strength.
