Trouble ordering

Post by Szilard »

Apologies if not the right place to post this ... I can't get the store to accept my VISA. I don't think I've every had a problem with this anywhere else on-line. The message I keep getting back is:

---------------------------------

Your order cannot be completed at this time.

Please contact your credit card company for further information or try another credit card.

(Error Number: 30030029 - 0)

----------------------------------

There's definitely nothing wrong with the card, details etc - I just used it to to pay my phone bill on-line, for example.

Is anybody else having probs with this? Who should I contact, besides my card company (which I am sure won't be able to tell me anything useful).

UPDATE: OK, it works from the US store, but not from the Oz store. Not very impressive - who are these Digital River people & why use them?

Well I started to read your post and reply until I saw your update. I can't explain the problem with digital river and know nothing about them either. I have had the same trouble like when the game first came out. I agree, the Matrix need to work with Digital River and tell them to get their act together fast or stop using them because of the complaints from people on this forum and Run5. Later!
