Can't get NetPlay access for WiF

I'm registered on Matrix Games.
I'm registered in the Forums.

Every time I try to set up an Internet game on the WiF setup screen I get the following error message:
", (from NetPlayRegistration.txt), not found in list of player names."

Please help. Very frustrating.

sorry to hear you trouble, but you need an accont at Slitherine for PBEM++. Maybe there is the problem ?
