Hello i'm bit confused by relationship between East Front I and East Front II,
if i understand corectly in time when EFII was released it had some extra scenarios, graphics, units and bit improved gameplay rules.

But if i look at past few years it seems to me that John Tiller’s Campaign Series so EF1 is being updated more frequently.

So which one i should play EFI or EFII ?

Well,
i just read that John Tiller’s Campaign Series actually contain East Front 2,
now i'm double confused .
Is it East Front II or I in John Tiller’s Campaign Series .

East Front II.

East Front was the game that started the series, had some issues, those were fixed in West Front. Instead of updating East Front the original, East Front II was released as a new game. More scenarios, new features added, with one of the most complete manual sets ever seen in a computer game.

JTCS = West Front + East Front II + Rising Sun + all the add-on content sold as expansion CDs.
