How run the game in fullscreen 4:3

There is a trick to launch the game in full screen and have a suitable interface, but to do this you need to have two monitors.
From the screen settings in windows 10, you need to select duplicate the screen on the second monitor and by launching the game it will appear in full screen but in 4:3 mode.
