Off loading from ships.

In order for me to offload I have to end the movement in the sea zone next to the port or place I plan to offload and then click on the fleet and right click on the port /island/landmass. Took a couple to figure that out, you do not sail into the port but stop outside.
Also when leaving port only move one sea province if you plan to sail to a new port. On the next turn click on the destination port and choose to sail into port. If I sail toward the new port and do not give the sail into port order till close my fleet always sails back next to first port and then sails to new port.
