Are any patches required for current d/l version

Gentlemen,

I was finally able to d/l Panzer Command: Ostfront to replace my d/l copy that I lost after a HDD crash about four months ago. Is the current d/l version the most recent. When I look at its properties it states that I have version 3.2.7.26927. The reason I ask is that when I clicked on the "Check For Updates" button it said that an update was available. Is there an update that I should download for the version I have now?
