Hi,

I've been able to get the serial number and then I have proceed to the Members area, located the huge zip to download, but when I try I'm prompted to introduce user and password.

Which user and password is needed? I've tried with my members area login, but it doesn't work [:(]

Hi Emilio,

I have no idea, to be honest. There's no login or password required when I download from the Members Club. If you have some kind of add-on installed that's trying to login to our FTP server for the download, that might explain it, in which case I think Login Public and Password Anonymous are typical. My first suggestion would be to try the download with a different browser though.

Hi Erik, I have been able to install. The reason was Little Snitch, a firewall application. I had open the Matrix Games FTP, but also opening a port was required. Now it works.
