Download Issue

Had to replace my old computer, now I do not seem to have access to PCO as a download from website. I still have PCK registered but PCO seems to have gone away. How can i get it back so that i can do a reinstall?

Sorry for the delay in responding, though you probably already have an answer.

If you registered your game I think the downloads appear in my downloads. I think you go Support --> mygames --> find Panzzer Command Ostfront and click on Registered.

it should show 2 downloads. choose the setup release download.

The 2nd download actually shows a beta patch, but you should probably find the official patch release in the patches section. I'm not sure what the beta is shown in this section instead of the official patch.


I you can't access this page, then contact support and I'm sure they will send a download link to you.

Yes, that is how I remember it looking but as of now my PCO is not on the list of registered games. So I am at a standstill. Have emailed support but no response yet.

did you contact http://www.matrixgames.com/support/ with your order details? (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) if so they will provide you with new download links.

might but hard without or just take longer

i contacted them but with a reference number, man it has been years.
