For those who might not be aware: Sunday nights are military history nights on The History Channel. I commend their shows to the grogs, mini-grogs and wannabe-grogs amongst us. Lots of GREAT scenario ideas in those shows!

I've got a list of about 5 scenarios I'm gonna build (after v2 is here) just from the last couple of shows....

Good resource, guys, especially for info on some of the forgotten battles of WWII.

Hi Dean! those shows are great I wacht them all the time same with the knowledge and access network they show the World At War series. The other night they had Merrell Marauders on. Boy the hell those guys had to deal with. My friend and I used to play SL a long time ago, spend saturday & sundays. It used to be a tradition. Now a days it's e-mail SPWAW SPIII and a quick chess PGII

I watch it all the time. Anytime theres something on about war, I watch it, and the History Channel is a big source of that stuff.

I'll second yer recommendation!

I would have to concur with the above statements. As a matter of fact, honestly, I have learned more from the History channel (i.e., documentaries and other educational programming)than I did throughout my university experiences. If it was not for marketability purposes, I would like to trade in my degrees for a good book.
