Questions

Post by tedbert86 »

I am a new Storm over the Pacific player. I am enjoying the game but have a few questions.
1. The manual describes a blinking dot indicating whether a unit has or has not participated in a multidirectional attack. I am using the standard sprites and I do not see any blinking dots. What am I doing wrong or missing?
2. I see up to four small colored boxes in the lower right corner of the sprite display. What do the colored boxes mean?
3. After fighting a battle, the results come up. I see unit losses that make sense, but it also shows total losses and it usually is a much larger number. What does that total losses mean/represent?

Thanks.

3) For air battles, that is the total

For example 10 hits total.

Scroll down and its 2 on this ship
1 on this ship
1 on this ship
1 on this ship
1 on this ship
4 on this ship destroyed

The blinking blue dot has been superseded. It drove everyone crazy in TOW, and was diminished or modded out.
It highlighted which units had not been fiddled with that turn.(?)
