Please make the report screen focus on the current country

A request valid for other games on the engine too - when I play as Germany and open e.g. Raiders activity report it focuses by default in the first alphabetical country i.e. Bulgary. Which has an empty report of course... it would be more logical if it focused on the country whose turn it is.
