Terrain Factors?

Just applied the patch and started a brand new Barbarossa as Germans after a long absence. Terrain effects don't seem to be showing up. For example, if I attack a Russian unit in a a city or swamp on turn 1, there isn't any terrain benefit/penalty when I mouse over strength calculations. Is it just me, should I reinstall, or am I just missing somethng?

Same for me, running an on going saved game in 1.03 beta and in defender modifiers the terrain and city modifiers are always 100%, irrespective of whether there is any city or terrain feature. Is there likely to be an early fix for this, or is it a bigger problem.[&:]

Just checking back through the other versions of the game and 1.02 has the same problem as 1.03 beta, so this is where the fault started. 1.01 is the last version where city and terrain defender modifiers where applied correctly.[:(]
