This thread is meant for the readers of both AAR's.

If you for some reason read only one AAR, such as providing John3rd with assistance and advice, please stop here.

For others, please comment and read as you wish :)

I must say that when I read the last post by Canoerebel I almost laughed out loud. I can only imagine how close john's invasion fleets and Canoerebels carriers must have passed eachother when he transferred them in from Coral Sea.

These are truly exiting times. I wonder how CR will react when he discovers the indian invasion.

No offense, but I don't know if this thread is such a good idea. I would hate to see this thread somehow cause a breach in operational security for either side, and ruin such an awesome PBEM game.

LOL I had the same reaction. Wouldn't that have been interesting? Course those 4-6 Allied CVs are probably a good match for the KB, and if they stay at Singapore, they're at a good reaction range.

I really like the idea behind this thread but I second MrPlow9's fear for security breeches.

String maybe you can ask the two players for permission and a posting in the respective thread to make this as safe as possible.

How would that happen in a way that couldn't happen before? I specifically stated in the title that neither player should read this thread. Also, in the first post I specified that those reading only one AAR for security reasons should also not read this thread.

How is that any different from not reading your opponents AAR I fail see.

edit: Apparently what I wrote in the first post wasn't large and red enough for the readers to notice. I hope it is so now.

We've already had commenters who post too much in either previous thread. This will minimize that by giving a place to comment when you're unsure whether it would be fair or not.

Indeed. I read both AAR's and I often feel that I cannot comment too much without giving away something important. Thus I've only limited myself to giving advice on specific gameplay mechanics and/or pointing out obvious technical mistakes, such as the fact that sweeping a hex has no effect on transports flying to or from that hex.
