I dont understand the victory conditiond, well i do, but this game should not have victory condictions for japan side, only for USA side., just to prevent errors; if one day became a strugle for third time, against the IA i mean, agaisnt human opponet is well done

The victory conditions are not necessarily the end. You can continue playing after victory is declared if you want to.
