Thank you for your interest! I'm hoping to find somebody who has time to complete about 2 turns per week. I already have one PBEM going, but this game is addicting, and I have plenty of time and brain space to do another.

Here are the settings/features/terms/rules/whatever I have in mind.....

-I'd prefer to play as the allies, but I'd be willing to give the jap side a shot if nobody wants to play them. I'd just need a little extra time

-2 day turns, so we can actually get somewhere in a game rather than waiting forever for new ships to come and strategies to pan out.

-We'd use Andrew Brown's map, and his version of stock scenario 15, but the one altered for use on his map (scenario 115, after it is downloaded).

-It would be up to the japanese player whether they wanted historical first turn on or not.

-Specific gameplay-related house rules would be open to negotiation, but a few things I'd like to see would be limits on the size of ASW TF's, limits on the size of PT-boat TF's, both sub doctrines off, and a few others I'd explain when you express interest which pertain to keeping things realistic and avoiding gamey exploits.

Everything is negotiable, but what I've listed above is what would be an ideal start in my mind. Please either PM me, or E-mail me at affirmativelyinsane@yahoo.com if you have any interest.

I'm open to playing against any skill level of player (I've been playing for about a year, which can be nothing, or a long time, depending on who's reading this), but I want to make sure my opponent is skilled enough to present a challenge....if not more.

Thank you for reading, and I hope to hear from you soon.

I'd be willing. I have a standard 2 day Jap move pre-set, but its CHS 155 not 115. In it no Jap ships aside from the PH striking force moves east of Kwajalein, no Jap ships move south of Truk, no TFs approach within 5 hexes of a Dutch base, none with 3 of the PI except within 3 hexes of a Jap airfield. Whatever house rules you want is fine, only one I really care about is 4E bombers on naval attack being prohibited.

"Standard" house rules (that I have seen) are: 6 ships in an ASW TF 6 ships in a PT TF is pretty standard. No Jap movement in the hex west of Singapore is standard. I usually limit airborne units to 1 drop per unit but open on that. Landing on non-bases hexes dont care either way. Kwangtung units have to spend PPs to leave Manchuria/Korea. China command units must spend PPs to leave China (both sides). All pretty standard stuff. I play for fun.
