As Italy I've purchased a CV, but I can't deploy it.

In the sea unit deployment window I see my carrier but when I click on it nothing happen.
Maybe the red number under the unit image (starting from 39 it decreases one unit every turn) is the problem ?

You have purchased the ship and now it's waiting in the shipyard to be completed.
When the number runs to 0, then you will be able to deploy it.

This value is moddable. If you would like to change time needed to complete the ship, please open consts.csv file and go to line 307.

If you would like to change availability of this one ship only, then you should go to naval_units.csv file in your save game folder, find name of the ship and change the value to desired one.
