shortcut for bombing target

hi,

I might be missing something, but every time I need to have a tactical bomber attack a land target, i need to click on aircraft, click on attack and click on target. It gets pretty annoying if you're doing this 20 times each turn. is there any way we can keep the aircraft selected if it still has action points and also have a keyboard shortcut for the attack option.

For tactical bombers on land targets that is correct (if you attack a sea zone with the same plane again, you can just click the attack bottom once more and don't have to necessarily select the aircraft again.)

It used to be much easier in earlier versions of the game but was changed on the request of the user community to the current method - and I think with good reason.

While the current version requires more clicks it allows you more control on which aircraft attacks what. Just imagine your first attack has weakened the plane in a dangerous way and you want to do the second attack on the same target with a healthier plane instead etc) You can also use follow up actions of the same aircraft for a different mission. There are more good examples.

But then again it is more clicks if you just want to use the same bomber on the same target repeatedly - so there is no free lunch I guess.

Thanks. That does make sense. Maybe if we have a keyboard shortcut for Land Attack, same as what N does for naval attack, it would make the task of attacking with 10 tactical bombers a lot faster [:)]
