Resupply At Utah

How can you or can you resupply low strength units at Utah..I don't know exactally how to use the resupply trucks..I tried putting units next to them for a few turns and no changes...
OK found part of the answer by reading and paying attention to Zakbloods quick guide use the medic (corpsman in Marine language) to heal the units.
To my embarrassment I'm rereading the guide and finding the amswers ..Guess it's best to slow down and RTFM or in this case the guide.
