My new Pc does not open the game. When I play the shortcuff, then the window appear but when I play "play" I have this error: "Please check Publishers website for tech support details [Create Device (d3d7)]", then the window came down. I have in attach the DxDiag but..it is in italian...
Can you help me?

have you got the latest drivers for your video card? if not, that's likely the problem.
