Playing US in Black Sea Surprise - subs will not fire tomahawks. Message says not in range even though they are in range. Surface surv. has ID's targets. Checked loadout and TLAMs are loaded. Is it me?

You aren't doing anything wrong. You are probably using the ODb and that bug has already been reported.

UGM-109 cannot be launched

All UGM-109 Tomahawk TLAM in OriginalDB cannot be launched since none of the weapons has an engine / propulsion unit.

Your best bet is to use the PlayersDB version of that scenario:

Harpoon ANW users can get the
Complete Harpoon ANW Library

Be sure to switch the database over in the DB Manager

I'll echo that. We are currently looking to replace the ODB with the HUD3.

What's a UDB? If you are referring to the ODb, that is the Original Database. If you are referring to the HUD3, that's the Harpoon Users Database. AFAIK, there isn't any "UDB". Can you provide clarification?

The PlayersDB has all the scenarios associated with it pre-installed in the various folders you need. Whenever you switch between databases, all you have to do is select a different database from the Database manager function and all the associated scenarios for that particular database (PlayersDB, ODb, ANWDB, HUD3DB,...) should appear for you to select.
