3d Analyzer and Serial Check

After looking through the forums I can't seem to find an answer to the problem when using 3d Analyzer with Jagged Edge. I have an integrated intel chipset but I know 3d works on it b/c I play ETW and other games just fine. Everytime I try to start JE (w/out the 3d) I get the Jazz Project Error message with some unintelligible text in the messge box. When I use 3d with it I get nothing.... Nothing at all happens.

Someone in another post mentioned this was because of a problem with 3d and the serial check. Any solutions???
