It's been a looooooooong time since Ultimate came out. And still no patch for harpoon CE. Or is the delay simply a tactic to "encourage" us to purchase Ultimate? [&:]

Perhaps it is a tactic to demoralize both the loyal customers and the development team.

On the bright side, if you are running the 2009.042 patch you are at least 90% of the way to the long awaited patch in terms of game capabilities.

I can't say it surprises me.  Erik announced a new update for Close Combat Modern Tactics more than a year and a half ago.  No word since and all requests for info on it have been ignored.
