question on Tomahawks

Am I doing somethign wrong but they never seem to get through to the target. They are always shot down? From everythign I have read and such I would think at least 25% would get threw.

In the older battlesets, which use an embedded, non-editable database, Tomahawk is not nearly as stealthy as it should be.

In the later battlesets, EC2003 and Westpac, they are much more stealthy and you should see a marked improvement in performance.
