Hello I've seen that the Harpoon Utlimate edition was playable on windows 7 , but is it for the 64 bits version of windows 7. Also in previous version of HCE the scenario editor and the database editor weren't working on windows 7 64 bits, is it still the case ?

Yes, both games are playable on 64-bit versions of Windows. As for the HC scenario editor, I've put up an early beta of a 32-bit scenario editor. It has many bugs but does work (save often!).
