Hi,

I bought my dad the ulitmate edition of harpoon for his birthday and since he has been playing the other versons of this game the gridlines work perfectly but the grid lines have been shadowed out on the Harpoon ultimate commanders edition and wont change back or click anything to change it, but if i go into secernio editor and other versons of this collection they work perfectly but on this there seems to be a problem in trying to use it. We have reloaded the game serval times and updated it aswell.

Can you find out what the problem is and can you help me how to set it up like the other games.

Hi Matt,

They are greyed out for a couple of reasons:
1. In the Westpac BattleSet they didn't work at all.
2. In the other BattleSets, I think you'll find they were pretty inaccurate.

If you don't mind digging around in the registry, with the game closed, you can go to...
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Matrix Games\HCE\Options
In there you will see the following keys/folders
GridFlag - set the value within to something other than 0 to turn the grid lines on.
LatIntvl - set to the # of degree gap between each line, 1 = line every 1 degree
LonIntvl - same deal as LatInvl except now we are talking longitude
