I am new to PC gaming but this is the game I started with since I haven't found a good console game in a couple of years. PureSim is awesome!

Anyway, I simmed through a season to get to the expansion mode. I entered with the 2004 MLB Association. When queried to if I wanted to expand, I said yes. Then it said I needed 6 expansion teams to make it work. On the drop down menu, the only two choices were leagues that had two divisions instead of three. Any reason why it compressed that way?

Also, I want to start with an expansion team. Since it seems you hae to sim through a season, is there any way to stop trades and retirements until the expansion teams actually get in?

I would like to be able to view the boxscore while the game is going on. Dont think there is a way to do that right now. Also to have the ability to sim a half-inning at a time, instead of just an inning at a time.

I asked a similar question on the main board (regarding the limited choices of league setup -- I wanted to be able to start with 4 8-team divisions) 2-3 days ago, but it never got addressed. Really, I'd like to see league setup be fully customizable -- if I want one league with 2 divisions and the other with 3, why not? -- but in place of that a few more logical options would be nice.

I expanded by 4 teams to a total of 20 in a league where all of the teams are CPU controlled. I got a bunch of debug type messages after setting up the divisions, but everything worked fine.

Also, the with the addition of the next and previous buttons on the player card, the "Hall of Fame" banner is off centered.
