Lost serial number

After a recent reformat I tried to reload GGWAW, but do not have the CD case. To which the number was on. The CD does not have the number either. Is there a way Matrix Games could help me out?

The CD I own was not downloaded but purchaced in a store.

I have the same problem.  The installer says the serial key is usually printed on the CD.  But it's not printed on the CD and it's not anywhere in the manual.  Aaaaack!  I hate it when publishers chintz out and don't print the serial number keys on the manual itself which is much less likely to get lost then either a paper sleeve or even a cd jewl case!

For retail copies of GGWAW, the serial number was printed on a bright yellow sticker which is on the sleeve that the CD comes in. If you installed it at some point, you must have had that number. Unfortunately, for retail copies there's nothing we can do to recover your serial number if you've lost it as we have no record of each individual sale. If you purchased through our online store, recovering the serial number is easy through www.findmyorder.com.
