..toward a patch?

Not being able to fly Assault missions in 5.02 really limits gameplay options to patrols and escorts.. Sometimes even making no missions available to fly. I know I could revert back to 5.01 but I gotta have my TrackIR support, even if it does cause graphical glitches (which would be nice to get fixed as well )

And is there any hope of seeing the "both" selection for joysticks to work? It's be great to use my pedals.

Anyway, the problems you mention are well documented without much resovle throughout this forum. I'ts a great space sim game. I played for awhile last summer but gave up on it due to multiplayer problems.

Hey Hornet, I keep looking but I havent seeanyone over there for a while. I'm about at the same point with SS. After testing a multiplayer mod for a bit and finding the bugs myself, I'm probably just gonna put it on hold and forget it until we get an update.

I also play with the 5.02 patch because playing without TrackIR is like playing without a joystick. Any chance of seeing a finished 5.02 patch?
