We do not currently have an expiration date for this offer. We may end the offer in the future, but there's no time frame for that right now.

You can only get one code per serial number though, so once you use your Winterstorm serial number to get an upgrade coupon, that's the only one you'll get.

I put in my Winterstorm info this morning to get my discount coupon but got a "Page Not Found" response. I included the dashes when entering the serial number and also tried it without the dashes. Without them it gave me an "Invalid Code" error so it looks like the dashes are required. However I have not yet received my coupon. Thanks.

The dashes are required. I've just been informed our mail server is down and I wonder if that's the cause of the error. I'll check it out and make sure that once it comes back up all pending coupons are re-sent.

Are you trying to combine the promo code with the bundle discount?

The way this works is just go to the store, add Kharkov to your shopping cart and follow the directions above to add in the promo code when you're checking out. Winterstorm should now show up in your cart without you adding it there.

Tragically, my friends at Matrix appear not to want my money...[:D]

I clicked on the coupon link and got a 404...or mebbe it was a 440, not sure...

Either way, I am presently unable to get the nice discount and therefore purchase the game.

Any notion of when this might be corrected?

I played "Combat Mission" years ago and enjoyed it,I like the layout of Winterstorm but it lacks soo many options the CM had.

PC Kharkov is what makes this game a contender with CM. I recommend you get the bundle I've yet to see anybody that was upset with all the additions to the 2nd game of the series.

Also,where does one go to get help with just winterstorm??

If you liked CM then you will really appreciate the PC:OWS and PC:K bundle. Together they bring this series closer to the game play you were used to. While PC isn't a clone of CM it plays somewhat similar since they are both set in the same combat level.

With the first two games of the series I think PC shows it's potential. With the 3rd game of the series I expect this series to shine all on it's own.

I was assuming that the upgrade offer is valid with the Holiday sale. I cannot get an email with a coupon code sent to me. I keep getting a message that my serial number is invalid. I wrote it into the form twice and it didnt work. I then cut and pasted it from the Members section and it still rejected it.
