Infantry pack update

Infantry...
Compendiums and List Order fix:
-Adds all --both nations-- ATR/Tank Hunter and Tankodesantniki compendiums. (Tankodesantniki Compends are S.W.E.E.T.)
(That completes German compendiums... except volksturm types which have no models. They still use stock compendiums which actually work well now. Some of these compendiums will also have to be redone as new models are added --eg PzShrk guy[to Tank Hunters], PzFaust guy [one to all squads], late war capped squads [some with Sturmgewehr].)
-Fixes one Russian file that didn't list in order.
