link to patch doesn't seem to work

Please help...I am trying to download the two patches (v. 2.179 and v.2.286) for HTTR and I keep getting a message that reads "The page cannot be displayed"....What's up???

I have the same message and can't download the patches..
Maybe server is temporarily down for maintenance, I think.

I tried that link you suggested, but I'm still getting the same message "the page cannot be displayed". I did find this link, however, that seems to work.
