For ease of analyzing the resource costs of weapons and all other components, as well as ships. Includes a smattering of data on weapons, armor, shields, and ships. Intended for high tech comparisons for now- though even mid-tier tech can be useful when maximizing resource usage, so I've included those that seem to have some potential. It currently is only accurate with ship's bay numbers with regard to humans, which I'll get around to updating for the others.

Now includes a basic ship builder. Copy the whole thing to use it- the resource costs are a typical average. Your costs will vary.
