Text is Blurry and Difficult to Read

Normally when I see that in a game I just change the resolution to match my screen but there doesn't seem to be an option for this game. I've tried it in windowed and full screen and it doesn't seem to matter. I've attached a screenshot below if that helps.

I tried setting the game to run using either my Nvidia card or the Intel integrated one and saw no difference. Both ways the text was still blurry.

Same with me. I have a brand new Alienware laptop, the top of their line rig and the text is horrible.
My laptop is running Windows 11. My other PC is running Windows 10 and the text is fine.
I just tried Desert War on my laptop and text is perfect.
What to do?

I wish I had not bought this sequel. These two games take a ton of study to use, even WITE2 is easier for me and works great on all my computers.

- right click on the exe of the game
- file properties
- compatibility
- modify PPP high settings
- check the box "override scaling behavior"
- and finally choose system enhanced
blurry text is gone !

That fixed it plenty good! Text is dark black and easy to read. Thank you for showing up.
The file is Start.exe.

This fixed it for me. The following is a visual reference of the compatibility settings to enable:

The text is back to being blurry after the latest update. Unplayable. The settings above are still intact on the Start.exe file.

Oh strange. What type of monitor do you have?
For people reading this, Is anyone else having this problem?

Vizio 1920x1080. It's new this year. Same monitor as when the text was fine.
