chemical saturation / multiple chemical firings same turn

Post by abrjewp »

Hi,

In the Overtures scenario, when I play as the Americans, the Russians hit a block of hexes with persistent chemicals and another block with non-persistent chemicals (6 each). The chemical explosions for a type of chemical occur within a minute. When I play as the Russians, I mark six hexes as persistent chemicals and six more as non-persistent and yet, during a 24-minute turn, only 1 hex for each has the chemicals. How do you get all six hexes for a chemical type explode within a minute because I did not see how one can do both a saturation and chemicals at the same time?

Inquiring minds want to know

Thanks!!

The difference is those saturation strikes are from rocket artillery systems and not tube artillery which would slower unless you have a lot of batteries to fire from.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!

To place a Saturation Area fire (7 hex pattern) select "Saturation Area Fire (7x) from the Barrage menu. In the Orders tab of the Dashboard change the Ammunition type to that which you want. If you want to place chemcial (NP or Persistent), then select it from the rounds that are available. In the Overture scenario one of the Rocket batteries have non-persistent and the other has persistent. They all have smoke.
