Does it run on Intel Macs via Crossover?

Hello,
I would really love to play this game on my Mac. Does anyone know whether it will run on an Intel iMac under Codeweavers Crossover?

Answering my own question: I purchased FCSS via Steam and tried to run it under Crossover. No luck. The loader starts, but the whole thing crashes while the game itself is trying to start. Pity.

Thank you! Seems that the user in the thread got it to run on an Apple silicon Mac under Crossover. Also, I guess that he might have the download version from you and not the Steam version, as I do. Maybe your own installer adds some things which are required and which are not installed by the Steam installation? No idea... the times when I had the nerve to dig deeply into the entrails of computers and operating systems are long gone...
I suppose there is no way to "convert" a Steam license in a way that would give me the full installer? I chose to buy via Steam, where I can get a refund if I do not get it to run.

Sorry, there is no way to go from Steam back to Matrix with a game. Going Matrix to Steam can be done as they can provide a key for those games on both sites.

Thank you. For people fighting with compatibility issues, it would be really nice to have a demo version to try whether I can get it to run. Maybe something to consider for the future?

For clarification, what is the type of Mac you are using, and its OS and PC emulator version?

An Intel iMac 2019 (so, not with an Apple M1, M2 or M3 processor, but with an Intel i9) with macOS 13.5 (Ventura) and the emulator is the latest version (23.7) of Crossover. I suppose it would run well under Parallels or VMware running Windows 10 but I wanted to avoid buying a Windows license...

Do you know if it installed the .net and Visual Studio c++ DLLs? Being an Intel chip you may need the x86 versions installed and not the ARM versions that might have installed being a Mac.
