Unfortunately, the Czechoslovakian BVPs in the infantry cos are completely unarmed in the Crossing the Waldnaab scenario.

Yep, there was missing data input that we fixed for the new game. Here is an updated scenario zip file. Unzip it into the game's Scenario folder.
