Ok, so I (Germany) am allied with Austria-Hungary and the USA and in a war with Italy (on it's own)
I have a blockade strength of 58 in the Med, A-H has a blockade strength of 120 and Italy has one of 46.
The pop-up when clicking on the Med reads:
"Own blockade strength: Germany: 58, USA: 0, Austria-Hungary: 120"
and further down
"The minimum strength to blockade is 48 and must be 110% of enemy strength"

Now, last time I checked 120+58 is way more than 110% of 46 and even if the two values for me and A-H aren't added up, my 58 would be enough to blockade Italy on it's own - yet Italy doesn't seem to be blockaded (no B in the tension bar and no VP for blockading the enemy)

Update:
After sending another CA to the Med and upping my blockade score to 78, Italy is now blockaded.

I seem to remember from RTW2, that Italy receives a bonus against being blockaded?
If this is the case and you need, say, 120% blockade strength to blockade Italy, the pop-up text should probably be adjusted.

Still, it just feels wrong that A-H's blockade score doesn't seem to count.
