Playing Allies in the standard full campaign. I bought Corps as Netherlands (Australia) but cannot deploy them. They showed in the beginning of turn deploy phase but could not be deployed (OK button grey), they show in the roster, but New Units tab is grey.
Previously it was possible and I had deployed corps to a hex next to Jakarta.
I control Jakarta but there are Japanese units nearby. I also control other towns on Java, Sumatra and Borneo
I consulted manual but did not find any relevant mention.
What are the ruels here please? Does Supply play role?

It seems like you should be able to deploy near Batavia even with Japanese units in the area. However, I've never been able to deploy Dutch land units in Sumatra, Celebes or Borneo or elsewhere in the DEI. There seem to be no green deployment hexes available outside of Java.

I do control Batavia but the deploy is not an option.

If Batavia's supply has dropped below five due to the two besieging Japanese units adjacent, then unfortunately you would not be able to deploy that new unit. I don't believe that the DEI has an alternative deployment hex in addition to the capitol, Batavia.

Therefore, I believe that until the DEI has been liberated, you will unfortunately not be able to deploy your unit.

So it is Supply after all. I will study Supply a bit more.
